Second Step   -  if you using the hard copy form kindly upload  CEA form here  or

                            email your completed form to kpnesubmit@gmail.com

                            next make payment online.

 

Third  Step  -     Once we have received your payment and application form , we will generate the  original CEA application form and send it back to you.

                           Kindly sign and send the signed CEA application form ( together with all the supporting documents )to CEA in within 5 working day.
